Exterior House Painting
Depending on your needs, our written proposal will define the
work we'll do for you on your home exterior painting.

- Wash. Our painters hand-wash or power-wash your
home to remove dirt and mildew.
- Surface Prep. We remove any loose paint, caulk
gaps, and scuff sand any glossy areas.
- Paint. Once the areas of your home are repaired, we
prime and paint to a uniform finish.
- Paint. Repaired areas are primed and painted to a uniform finish.
- Clean. After Painting, we return your items to the desired locations. Then we will vacuum and sweep
your floors and carpets.
- Inspect. Once our overall painting and clean up inspection is complete, we ask you to do your
inspection and provide us feedback.
- Clean. We cleanup our work area daily, as well as at completion. Paint chips are removed, and
materials are stored neatly.

room and cover them with sheeting for protection.
